About the Job
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team for upcoming conferences in South San Francisco. There are multiple positions available, including Emcee, Registration Desk Attendant, and Meeting Coordinator.
Registration Desk Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in attendees upon arrival
- Organize attendee badges in alphabetical order and prepare them with plastic pouches and lanyards
- Collect business cards from guests
- Track attendance and maintain the registration list
Emcee Responsibilities:
- Open the event with a welcoming address
- Introduce keynote sessions and speakers
- Handle the microphone during Q&A sessions
Meeting Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure smooth execution
- Facilitate discussions and activities
- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams
