We're seeking a dynamic Event Sales Administrator to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for building strong, collaborative teams through professional development and fostering positive staff and guest engagement. You'll play a pivotal role in driving venue sales and ensuring the seamless execution of events.

Key responsibilities of an Event Sales Administrator
- Answer phones in a timely fashion and assist guests displaying a positive & professional attitude.
- Qualify leads and put them into rotation as they are received.
- Make event packets and ensure all events are booked correctly.
- Manage the guest booking schedule daily, with guest lists and communicate all updates to the respective teams.
- Complete event closeouts, relaying any discrepancies between agreements and payments to the sales leadership team.
- Review & Print BEO's for the culinary team for the following week's events and for the sales team for the BEO meetings.
- Proactively identify ways to improve the office processes and elevate team excellence.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle various event needs.
The idea Event Sales Administrator will have these key skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, sales or administrative role.
- 1+ year of experience in sales or events related function.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, time-management and organization skills.
