Position Overview
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in engaging target audiences during promotional events and campaigns. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to marketing, advertising, sales, and event execution, giving you the chance to significantly impact client brand success. You will assist the promotions team in ensuring maximum brand exposure and consumer engagement while gaining invaluable experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertising & Brand Awareness: Develop and distribute advertising materials to boost event attendance and enhance brand recognition.
- Event & Visual Merchandising: Organize and manage promotional displays to create excitement and awareness around client brands.
- Consumer Engagement: Lead product demonstrations and interactive experiences to build meaningful brand connections.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and brands to educate both team members and consumers.
- Sales Support: Assist with sales functions and support promotional efforts during events.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- Education: College degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, advertising, or retail is a plus; internships and relevant entry-level experience will also be considered.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
- Availability: Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends to support events.
- Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow in the marketing and promotions field.
