JOB DESCRIPTION
Progressive audiovisual and event production company seek a Fleet Manager to support live events and the production department. Our full scope of services includes comprehensive AV production solutions for corporate, social, live entertainment, staging, technology solutions, and show management. This position is based in Chicago. An outgoing professional personality, industry experience, and knowledge of event logistics are preferred.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of audiovisual solutions within the event production industry. The ability to work with and troubleshoot event transport logistical systems is required, with a proven track record of success in the corporate or entertainment world. We are looking for an individual who works well in a team while being self-motivated. The candidate needs to be able to successfully interact with the team, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Candidate must have at least four years of professional experience handling fleet details in the corporate AV and events world. A professional and corporate appearance is a must for this position.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain SI Vehicle Fleet nationwide
- Oversee all SI event transport nationwide
- Maintain and coordinate SI Sub-rentals
- Maintain, Manage and develop SI Driver Team
- Maintain and develop vehicle GPS and Fuel Cards
- Ensure company standards, policies, and procedures are maintained

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
- Four years of Fleet Management experience
- Valid C Class driver's license
