Our client is a growing confectionery business expanding in the Fort Lauderdale area

This role is a hybrid role: Wed-Sunday work hours.

Position Overview

The Event Concierge will lead the way in executing high-quality, personalized events to meet our company's needs. This role involves organizing and managing event logistics, preparing and setting up our trucks, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and upholding our high service standards. The Event Concierge will also be responsible for developing, training, and managing a team, ensuring they’re equipped to uphold the company's reputation for excellence. Initially, a flexible schedule is required to facilitate team building, training, and event execution. As the team becomes established, the Event Concierge will transition to a regular schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: Organize and manage event schedules, coordinating timing for efficient travel and seamless event transitions.

• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team members to maintain

service standards at every event.

• Truck Management: Maintain our vehicles in pristine condition, ensuring they are clean,

organized, and stocked for every event.

• Event Execution: Oversee and assist with event setup, truck preparation, and breakdown, ensuring all event details align with company's standards.

• Customer Interaction: Provide warm, engaging, and responsive service, ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and insured vehicle.

• Able to operate a large SUV-type vehicle.

• Must pass a criminal background check.

• Must provide reference checks.
