Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
A bit about us:
For 20 years, we have become one of the leading luxury retailers in our industry. We have an immediate opening for an Event Planner to work out of our Newport Beach headquarters. Ideal candidates will have previous experience creating, managing, and executing events for high-end luxury clients. This is a full-time, direct hire role (base salary + bonus potential). We are fully in office Monday - Friday; some evening and weekends will be required for events.

Job Details
Is your background a fit?
* 5+ years of hands-on corporate event planning experience, luxury brand/product experience is preferred
* Extremely organized with a high regard to details
* Able to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
* Able to anticipate event-related issues before they arise with a can-do attitude
* Able to lift 40-50lbs
What will you be doing?
* Plan, manage, and execute all events; this includes handling on-site event execution, coordination, and external vendor support
* Manage event invitation process from design stage to mail out
* Maintain project timelines, event orders, and priorities for each event
* Provide guidance and assistance to team members and enable effective event execution
* Manage budgets and vendor negotiations; write and review RFPs/SOWs, as needed
* Oversee event operations and ensure internal teams are clear on responsibilities and expectations
* Build and maintain all vendor relationships
* Prepare comprehensive post-event summaries, collecting feedback and assist with follow-up communications, identify, and share event successes and opportunities for improvement
