About the Job
The Jason Herbers Allstate Agency is an Award Winning, Nationally Recognized, and Growing Agency and we are seeking an Event Marketing Director to help us connect with our community members to help them protect what's most important to them.
As an Event Marketing Director, you will be working closely with our Sales and Management Staff coordinating local community outreach events, and bringing sales leads to the Agency. If you are someone that has a large local network of community contacts, with a strong desire to assist in helping our community members ensure they are properly protected and insured, then we want to talk to YOU!
We are seeing someone who has experience with developing a marketing plan, create and maintain ongoing reports, communicate effectively with our clients, potential clients, staff members and management team.
*This can be a full time or part time position and is a 1099 Contract Position*
Hourly wage + bonus opportunities based on qualified leads presented to Agency
Salary Range: $25.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Create and present a Marketing Plan with the goal of community outreach / lead generation
- Plan and execute marketing events within our community on a regular basis
- Submit weekly activity reports
- Create and maintain tracking methods for all generated leads
- Implement and manage drawings and give-a-away events for clients and potential clients
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar marketing / event coordinator capacity
- Proven track record of relationship building sales experience
- Familiarity with process development and implementation
- Prior experience with professional event management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
