About the Job
We are a growing 15 year old Home Improvement and Remodeling company that is seeking someone to help expand our promotion and event marketing programs!
This event coordinator will oversee our promotional programs in the metro area. This is an intensive full-time opportunity ideal for a detail oriented person who enjoys coordinating events, managing people.
Responsibilities include, recruiting, sales lead generation, registering and setting up table for events/trade shows, marketing through social platforms, training and teaching a team of event marketers to generate leads, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to produce quality lead and appointment generation, as well as be able to teach and train a staff to generate pre-qualified sales leads .
The candidate we are looking for is someone who:
-Feels comfortable managing a large team -- Be able to manage a full and part time promotional staff, and has ability to train staff for promotional campaigns, manages people well. This position involves staffing, managing and training and lead setting from our events. We sell products people use everyday!
-Is Reliable -- Your staff is on time and prepared with all supplies needed for every event.They must be trained on our products lines, and able to set good leads.
-Is Organized -- Having all of the proper promotional materials needed, brand training and awareness of the product prior to your events.
- Is an Effective Trainer -- You and your staff are well versed on the products being promoted to help drive sales. You manage effectively and communicate your expectations to your staff at training.
-Builds Valuable Relationships -- Friendly and effective interaction and communication with the show promoters.
-Has previous experience in Administrative/Reporting work. You are good with computers and can submit timely online reports, written reports of events, budget analysis, etc.
