Event Coordinator - Spherion

We are hiring an Event Coordinator for a professional, customer-centric company. Our goal is to Plan fun and elegant events for clients .

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events from start to finish

- Assist with coordinating event logistics including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation

- Manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness

- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure successful events

- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and cleanup to meet high standards

- Implement fundraising strategies during events to meet revenue goals

- Utilize strong time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver successful events

- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Enjoy working with clients to plan their special occasion

- Proven experience in company event planning

- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage finances effectively

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
- Must have previous Event Planning Experience
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
