Your Role: RN Supervisor

As an RN Supervisor, you'll be a key player in maintaining our high standard of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the DON and ADON to oversee daily Nursing Department operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Guiding nursing staff to excel in their roles.
• Participating in government agency facility surveys, supporting the DON and ADON.
• Conducting regular rounds to uphold nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care, with managerial exposure.
• Leadership expertise and excellent communication skills.
• COVID-19 Vaccination is required.
