The Customer Service Team Leader can be a Part-Time or Full-Time position in Louisville, KY with the understanding that you will be training in the operational side of the business at $17/hr with potential opportunities for growth in other areas.

Customer Service Team Leader Requirements/Responsibilities Include:
* Must be at least 18 years old
*Must be available between the hours of 2PM-11PM
*Participating operationally in day to day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurants.
* Offer the team encouragement to stay true to committing to hospitality and 2nd Mile service.
* Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs.
* Assist in the training of new hires when needed, set the tone for a shift, act as a role model for our team.
* Problem solving skills
* Be a friendly and encouraging team player
* Open and/or close the store
* Count Drawers and Finalizing Day.
* Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken.
* Must be able to work part-time or full-time hours
* Must be available on Saturdays
