Minimum job qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Licensed RN/LPN in Florida
• Minimum one-year experience in long-term care, supervisory experience preferred

Job duties:

• Oversee resident care plans and safety measures
• Coordinate and supervise services for a homelike atmosphere
• Conduct regular rounds and welcome new admissions
• Foster a team-oriented atmosphere for enhanced resident care
• Monitor incidents, accidents, and complaints, initiating preventive measures
