Evening Customer Service Agent - Nissan of McKinney

The Nissan of McKinney Customer Service Agent can function in a receptionist or cashier role and is a key person in the success of our store. This position is on the front lines providing outstanding service to our customers and staff.The Customer Service Agent is often the first face of our dealership to our customers and works directly with our staff to ensure the highest quality experience we can provide to our customers. • Answer the phones in a timely and courteous manner
• Greet customers in a friendly manner
• Interact with our sales staff to make sure the customers are cared for in a timely manner
