Evening Babysitter for Toddler - Wyndy

We are seeking a caring and responsible babysitter for our sweet 3-year-old boy in Memphis, TN. This position is for an evening shift from Tuesday, March 4, 2025, 11:20 PM to Wednesday, March 5, 2025, 2:30 AM, with opportunities for ongoing, regular Tuesday night shifts if mutually agreed.Your responsibilities will include engaging in playtime, assisting with dinner routines, and helping our son ease into his bedtime routine, which includes reading and winding down with a cup of milk. Dinner finishes around 5 PM, and you’re welcome to join us for the meal and help with clean-up afterward. We aim for a healthy eating environment but keep Tuesdays relaxed for easy cleanup.Adhering to the bedtime schedule, our son should be tucked in between 6:30 and 7 PM. Post-bedtime duties include ensuring the house is secure and the dishwasher is running. Afterward, feel free to enjoy some personal downtime until we return.Our son is charming, loving, and quietly enthusiastic, though he is working diligently with a speech therapist due to a speech disorder. Patience and a gentle approach will help in understanding and communicating with him. Experience with toddlers with speech delays is preferred.We have two small bichons, but they are not part of your responsibilities. Please come prepared to provide proof of up-to-date vaccines, including COVID-19 and flu, as well as current first aid and CPR certifications and a background check.This is an excellent opportunity for a sitter who enjoys working with toddlers and desires a stable, regular position.
