Job Summary:
The Evaluation staffing/Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the life cycle of the evaluations. They will ensure all evaluations are staffed following timelines and paperwork is submitted. Following up with all evaluators to confirm evaluations took place and reports and paperwork are submitted in a timely manner. The Evaluations Coordinator is responsible for prioritizing cases to meet deadlines, goals, and timely submission of packets. The Evaluation Coordinator ensures that parents are receiving evaluation packets
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures timelines are met for the evaluation process and staff cases in a timely manner to ensure compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring all evaluation scheduled dates, reports and required documents are obtained in a timely manner for LI Program
- Conducts data entry and documentation for all activities within the life of case
- Works efficiently to meet departmental goals and compliance deadlines
- Utilizes various programs and databases to monitor responsibilities efficiently.
- Follows up with families, school districts and pediatrician's offices to obtain medical forms and RX for LI
- Conducts daily outreach to various referral sources
- Provide coverage within the department as needed
- Reception Coverage as needed

Requirements:
Allcandidates shouldmeet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience working in an office or related field preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of information.
- Must be able to multi-task under time constraints.
- Strong typing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word Particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
Physical Requirements of the Role:
- Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the workday working on a computer/electronic device.
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Compensation:Full-time hourly non-exempt $20-21 per hour
- Hours:Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm Must Be Willing To Work Overtime As Needed. This position is in office.
