Roles and Responsibility:
- Lead and mentor a team of EUC consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their EUC needs and recommend solutions optimizing end-user experiences and improving productivity and endpoint security.
- Design and implement EUC solutions that leverage the latest technologies and services, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Virtual Desktop solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on EUC products and services, including device management, application deployment, and endpoint security.
- Conduct assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize EUC environments
