Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Lead with expertise in SSIS, data modeling, and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions to join our dynamic team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare industry experience, particularly in claim processing systems. The ETL Lead will play a pivotal role in leading onsite development teams, designing and implementing ETL solutions, and optimizing data processing for our EDW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes using SSIS, with a focus on healthcare data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient ETL solutions.
• Design and maintain data models, including Fact-Dimension tables, to support complex healthcare data processing and reporting requirements.
• Oversee the integration of data from various healthcare sources into the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Utilize expertise in claim processing systems to optimize ETL workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to onsite development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, clinicians, and business users, to deliver integrated solutions that meet healthcare industry standards and regulations.
• Stay current with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices in ETL development and data management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on ETL development and data management.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, leading onsite development teams.
• Strong proficiency in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL development.
• Extensive experience in data modeling and design, particularly in healthcare environments.
• Hands-on experience with Fact-Dimension tables and dimensional modeling.
• Previous experience with claim processing systems in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, HL7, and ICD-10, is a plus.
• Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
