Our PRO Pediatrics school-based division supports students from Early Intervention age, up to grade 12 within school districts, charter schools, and intermediate units. PRO Pediatrics is currently seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services at a local charter school near Philadelphia, PA 19136 for Extended School Year (ESY).

Job Details:

• Part-time - ESY support only
• K-12 caseload
• Experience in AAC is a plus!
• ASL experience is a plus!
• Great parking available!
• Experience in ABA is NOT needed
• The pay rate for this position is $60-$70/hr W2 based on education and experience. Salary is also available.

Job Description:

• Implement specialized therapy treatment in accordance with the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
• Screen, evaluate, and write reports on student levels, needs, strengths, and progress using approved testing and assessment tools
• Analyze and interpret formal and informal assessment data and facilitate the use of the data as a guide for effective instruction to improve student speech/language skills.
• Works with school personnel and parents to design and implement the student’s intervention plan, individual service plan, or individual student plan most appropriate to address the student’s need
• Serves as a member of the school’s multidisciplinary team, IEP program team, and offer consultation and collaboration with school staff and parents in support of student’s goals
• Complete, update, and maintain required documentation
• Perform other appropriate duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License
• PA Department of Education Teaching Certification
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs)
• Must have at least 1 year consecutive experience treating children and/or adolescents in an educational setting
• Must be comfortable using a computer
• Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
• Current clearances (within 6 months)
