Job Title: Estimator

Location: Kansas City, MO

Salary: $90k - $110k (depending on experience) + Bonus + Vehicle or Allowance

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects.

Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project success.

Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary data.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an estimator in the roofing or construction industry.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
