Estimator - Ultimate Staffing Services

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Estimator. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor costs, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Ability to deliver results on time.
• Well organized
• 5 years' experience in estimating, preconstruction, field, or management in Construction
• Thorough understanding of current building construction systems means and methods.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, and bonding and insurance requirements
• Thrives in a collaborative and cooperative team environment.
• Strong MS Office, Word, Excel, and outlook
• Ability to create and nurture relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, architects, engineers
• Develop and maintain bid lists and relationships with local subcontractors.
• Solicit and scope bids from subcontractors.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Define and develop scopes of work.
• Perform preliminary site inspections.
