We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Estimator for our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our company's success, using their expertise to accurately estimate costs and budgets for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Estimator, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services.
2. Preparing estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
3. Assessing cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
4. Consulting with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
5. Conducting special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to effect cost reduction.
6. Preparing reports and presentations to provide to company leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
7. Keeping track of the latest trends and advancements in the construction industry and adjusting estimates accordingly.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating or Construction Management.
2. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction costs and principles.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Proficiency in using estimating software and other related software.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Detail-oriented with a dedication to accuracy.
10. Strong mathematical and IT ability with an understanding of the complexities of construction projects and processes.
