Job Details
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Estimator role should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in architectural millwork, bid take offs, On-Screen Take Off, and bid analysis.
3. Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.
4. Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
