Estimator - Gpac

Responsibilities:

- Estimate project costs accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

- Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies

- Uphold ethical standards and integrity in all estimating practices

Essential Job Functions:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

- 3-5 years of proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems

- Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift)

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks

Skills:

- Ability to interpret complex project documentation and specifications

- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends
