Estimator- Residential Construction

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ yeras of experience as an Estimator in residential construction.
• Familiarity with single-family, multi-family, and custom home builds is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Buildertrend, PlanSwift, ProEst).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and labor requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
