Estimator / Project Manager (Residential Construction)

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate client communications, decisions, and inquiries to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Schedule and manage subcontractors and vendors, conduct site meetings and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform accurate cost estimates, procure necessary bids, determine all project costs, and aid in writing proposals.
- Assist Sales and Production teams in confirming client expectations, finalizing material selections, and ordering materials.
- Assist in pricing and managing change orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and approved.
- Maintain project schedules, ensure site cleanliness, and coordinate all aspects of project completion.
- Regularly update clients on project schedules and address any concerns promptly.
- Ensure all work is performed according to contract specifications, city codes, and Amadeo Construction standards.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry (+5 years).
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Proven experience in residential remodeling and renovation is required.
- Excellent estimating skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using project management and estimating software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- OSHA and or PMP certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary and Benefits:
- Full Time
- Salary at $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
