What You Need for this Position

BS in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and at least 3 years of experience and knowledge of:

• Experience estimating HVAC and plumbing projects for commercial and industrial facilities (fire protection a plus)
• Experience with FastPIPE, FastDUCT, QuickPen, Excel or similar
• Evaluating project plans and bid documents
• Reviewing material take-offs
• Requesting material and equipment quotes from vendors
• Labor, material and equipment estimates
• CAD
• Mechanical Construction
