Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator position include:

Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience (no specific industry required).
Background in construction, roofing, or waterproofing is beneficial but not required.
Familiarity with CAD and Bluebeam is a plus.
Collaborate with the team to manage project estimates and proposals.
Perform take-offs and develop detailed project scopes.
Work closely with team members to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
Support the company’s growth by contributing to the expansion of new projects and services.
Assist with departmental responsibilities as needed, with the potential to lead in the future.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
