Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator position include:

• Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience (no specific industry required).
• Background in construction, roofing, or waterproofing is beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with CAD and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Collaborate with the team to manage project estimates and proposals.
• Perform take-offs and develop detailed project scopes.
• Work closely with team members to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the company’s growth by contributing to the expansion of new projects and services.
• Assist with departmental responsibilities as needed, with the potential to lead in the future.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
