Estimator - Gpac

I know that Estimators are highly sought after!!   I have SIX contractors that are looking for an Estimator at varying levels.    If you've ever considered a change it doesn't hurt to hear more about these opportunities.  Everything is 100% confidential! 

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously

Estimator Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
• B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is Strongly Preferred
• Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner
