Job Summary:

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate take-offs and cost estimates for excavation and underground utilities projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
• Analyze project plans and specifications.
• Obtain and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop detailed bid proposals.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in estimating for excavation and underground utilities projects.
• Experience with HCSS software preferred.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Good communication skills.
