Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in estimating for ground-up construction projects in the light industrial sector
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
Proficiency with estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam, PlanSwift)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
