Commercial Construction Estimator
This position requires the estimation of complex construction projects, collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure that detailed bids are not only accurate but also competitive. Diverse projects include, but are not limited to; ground-up, light industrial, complex commercial, retail, warehouse, education, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed and precise cost estimates for a range of construction projects.
- Review and analyze project documents such as plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Work in tandem with project teams to fully understand project scope and requirements.
- Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to solicit and assess bids.
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators and support personnel.
- Involve yourself in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
- Present estimates and bid proposals to management and clients effectively.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong emphasis on diverse commercial and light industrial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost control principles.
- Proficiency in estimating software as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership experience in project or team environments.
