Estimator - Gpac

A highly-respected General Contractor in the area with a backlog of projects is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their growing team. This position also has great opportunity for quick advancement! This commercial construction company is looking for an Senior Estimator with excellent people skills and proven work history with commercial construction projects. Being a team player as well as being able to work autonomously is a must!

This company has been in business for over 25 years, is family operated and have some diverse projects!

Senior Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously

Senior Estimator Qualifications:

• B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is Strongly Preferred
• 10+ years experience or experience in similar field
• Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner
