Highlights of what our Estimating Assistant will do:

• Set-up estimating job folders.
• Set up plans in Onscreen Takeoff.
• Initial set up of budget in Sage Estimating
• Assist Estimators with quote solicitation.
• Assist estimators in the quoting process.
• Maintain bid calendar.
• Attend meetings as required.

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Estimating Assistant will include, but not limited to:

• 1 year experience in estimating field.
• Extremely detailed and strong work ethic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• OST & Sage Estimating experience preferred but not required
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
