Position Overview:

As an Aesthetician at SEROTONIN Anti-Aging Centers in in Jacksonville (Ortega), FL you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional aesthetic services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for delivering a range of skin care treatments, including HydraFacial, chemical peels, and microneedling, while contributing to the overall success of our Center. Your ability to engage clients with professionalism, empathy, and a deep understanding of their skin care needs will be integral to our Center's success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction:

? Greet clients upon arrival in a warm and welcoming manner

? Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients skin care concerns and goals

? Provide informative guidance on our range of services and products based on

clients individual needs

1. Skin Care Services:

? Perform HydraFacial, chemical peels, and micro needling treatments with precision and expertise

? Tailor treatments to match clients chosen packages, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction

? Utilize your skills and knowledge to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients

1. Consultations:

? Conduct thorough skin care consultations for clients

? Recommend suitable treatments and products to address client concerns

? Sell premium skin care products to enhance clients post-treatment care routine

1. Team Collaboration:

? Collaborate with fellow team members

? Share insights, expertise and best practices to collectively elevate the quality of service

1. Sales and Business Growth:

? Demonstrate a proactive approach to promoting SEROTONIN Anti-Aging

Center services, packages, memberships and products

1. Professionalism and Personal Growth:

? Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques and emerging technologies in skin care

? Attend relevant training sessions

Qualifications:

? Proven experience as a licensed aesthetician, with expertise in HydraFacials, chemical

peels, and microneedling

? Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism

in client interactions

? Strong ability to work independently while delivering outstanding client care

? Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

? Knowledge of skin care trends, products, and treatments is preferred

? Relevant certifications and licenses as required by state and local regulations

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
