Job Summary:
Our Estheticians deliver safe, effective, efficient aesthetic treatments as our number one priority. That is why we hire Aesthetic Professionals who not only can provide expert care, but who can help educate and make recommendations to our clients for even better results.
We are looking for an Esthetician to perform non-invasive aesthetic services and treatments based on state guidelines. We train our Aesthetic Professionals to perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards. Treatment responsibilities may vary by state.
Responsibilities:Client Care:
- Perform non-invasive aesthetic services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols
- Actively recommend, promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services and products catering to clients' need and goals
- Evaluate client’s suitability for treatment, educate on the treatment process, including pre and post treatment guidelines as well as maintenance procedures
- Actively participate in continuing education and trainings
- Properly and thoroughly document client treatments in a timely manner
- Facilitate proper follow-up care
- Provide best-in-class customer service to establish and maintain relationships with clients Participate in problem solving by providing appropriate solutions through critical and creative thinking
Clinic Operations & Sales:
- Organize, prepare, and maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms including cleaning, stocking, ordering supplies, and performing routine equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company and clinic goals
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators through consultative sales approaches
- Manage and drive sales initiatives and partner with Clinic Manager to develop strategies to retain clients, improve service, and increase profitability
- Participate in day-to-day schedules to ensure treatment needs are met through prioritization and accommodation of client needs which may include same day treatments
- Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with clients, leadership, and sales teams to achieve company goals, clinic’s sales goals, and personal metrics
- Assist in answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking-in and out clients and taking payment as needed
- Travel between clinics, as necessary
- All other esthetician duties as assigned
Esthetician Qualifications:
- Active state Esthetician license in good standing
- Laser Technician Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within a three month timeframe
- Proficient computer and tablet skills including contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce etc.).
- Must be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day, be able to visually assess the client’s skin while operating machinery and bright lights, repeat same motions and movements for periods of time, push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to perform steady fine finger movements
- Exceptional teamwork skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and a warm and welcoming bedside manner
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Must demonstrate strong documentation skills, detail oriented, self-motivated, organized, and ability to prioritize
- Flexibility to work our client centered shifts which will include evening and weekend hours
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment, and keep up with a high volume of activity and continuous growth/change
- Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements
