Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents tailored to individual client needs.
- Advise clients on strategies to minimize estate taxes, protect assets, and ensure the smooth transfer of wealth to beneficiaries.
- Assist clients with trust administration, including interpreting trust provisions, managing trust assets, and distributing trust assets to beneficiaries.
- Represent clients in probate proceedings, including estate administration, will contests, and other disputes related to estate distribution.
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of changes in estate and trust laws to provide clients with up-to-date advice and guidance.
