About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Estate Administrator to support our team in managing complex estate administration cases. This role requires strong attention to detail, a thorough understanding of probate and estate planning processes, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of estate administration, including probate filings, asset transfers, and distribution of estate assets.
Prepare and file probate documents, tax returns, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
Manage client communications, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
Liaise with financial institutions, beneficiaries, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth administration.
Maintain and organize case files, track important dates, and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate administration, preferably within a law firm setting.
Comprehensive knowledge of Massachusetts probate and estate administration procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with estate management software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism in client interactions.
