What You’ll Do:
- Draft and file documents for conservatorship and probate cases.
- Oversee client communications and ensure their needs are met.
- Proofread and prepare legal documents with keen attention to detail.
- Support estate planning projects as needed.
- Stay on top of case management to keep operations smooth.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in estate planning, probate, or conservatorship.
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with legal procedures.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Essential Forms, e-filing, and MyCase (or similar).
- Education: Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved).
