While we scale and grow our team, our paralegal will play a role in drafting our estate and asset protection plans, while providing superior customer service to existing clients and new clients. Having been an estate planning boutique since 2008, our firm has a large roster of lovely and appreciative clients. In addition, our law firm works alongside a jointly-owned retirement planning financial services firm.

What You Can Look Forward To:
The purpose of this position is to assist with the drafting of our estate plans, coordinating updates of those plans for our existing clients, and coordinating with our retirement planning arm to deliver a holistic planning relationship. Our practice has been structured and refined with an eye to running a law firm more like a well-designed business. Our founder is a leading attorney both in matters of estate planning and elder law, as well as sought-out coach for lawyers and law firms, helping them lead great lives. Duties include working with our streamlined drafting system, working with new clients to design their estate plan, running signing meetings with clients, and coordinating the occasional estate administration case (a service we provide only for our existing clients). This position will also work with our Director of Operations on hiring, delegating, and training new employees. This position also handles practice-specific tasks, such as case design, preparation of estate planning documents, liaising with our financial services arm to coordinate the funding for all our estate plans, and assisting our attorneys with the set of tasks that typically are needed in an estate planning practice.
