What this Role is About
We are looking for a Paralegal who has the heart, empathy and knowledge of the struggles our clients and their family members face. The ideal candidate must have strong drafting experience and technical skills to help our legal team. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and well-versed in Clio. Experience with drafting template process systems is a tremendous asset.

Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare legal documents including wills, living wills, trusts, deeds, powers of attorney.
Conduct thorough document reviews and ensure accuracy in drafting.
Organize and manage client files, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and up to date.
Assist attorneys with drafting and filing documents related to estate planning and administration.
Lead effort to build document drafting process with Clio Draft.
Facilitate the transfer of assets into trusts and prepare related documentation.
Coordinate with clients to gather essential information and provide updates on case progress.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with integrity.
Utilize Clio and other legal software for document preparation and management.
Key Characteristics:

Personal or work experience with individuals who have disabilities, preferred.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Administration.
