We are seeking a dedicated Estate Planning/Elder Law Attorney to join our team in Worcester, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Providing legal advice on estate and tax planning
• Assisting clients with Medicaid planning and long-term care issues
• Representing clients in probate court
• Conducting client consultations and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school, MA bar admission, and a passion for elder law.
