Job Details
Our prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our team.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in estate planning & administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, elder law, guardianship, probate, wills, and trusts.
- Develop and implement sophisticated estate plans for clients, including drafting legal documents and overseeing the execution process.
- Represent clients in probate and guardianship proceedings, advocating for their rights and interests while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Oregon.
- 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Expertise in estate planning & administration
- Experience with probate and/or elder law is desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
