Job Details
Qualifications:
The successful candidate for the Estate Planning Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. LLM degree with a focus on estate planning, estate tax, gift tax, or corporate law.
3. Minimum of 5-15 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney,
4. Admission to the State Bar and preferred an LLM in TAX
5. Proven experience in drafting and implementing estate planning documents.
6. Excellent understanding of estate, gift, and income tax laws.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.
