This position offers a quick partnership track and does not require someone to be bringing a book of clientele. Responsibilities - Provide legal advice and service in Estate Planning matters - Prepare and manage Power of Attorney Forms - Oversee Probate and Estate Administration, ensuring all processes are carried out correctly - Offer legal expertise in Probate Law and engage in Probate Litigation when necessary - Manage Guardianships and Guardianship - Adoption cases - Develop and manage Revocable Trusts - Assist in creating Special Needs Trusts - Offer legal guidance in Real Estate Investment Trusts - Set up and manage Charitable Remainder Trusts.
