Manage all aspects of trust and estate administration, including probate administration and estate planning.
Provide legal counsel to clients regarding estate planning, wills, trusts, and the administration of estates.
Prepare and review legal documents related to trusts and estates, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
Represent clients in probate and surrogate court.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
Job Details
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Virginia Bar.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estate law, with a focus on probate administration and estate administration.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex legal issues.
