We are currently seeking a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Permanent Estate Planning Attorney to join our thriving legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to our clients on complex estate planning matters. This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws, estate planning, and wealth preservation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in estate planning and tax law.

1. Provide expert legal counsel to clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
2. Develop and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies to minimize estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

4. Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate plans.

7. Represent clients in probate court proceedings and handle estate and trust administration matters.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in estate planning and tax law.
4. Certified as an Estate Planning Law Specialist (EPLS) or equivalent certification is preferred.
5. In-depth knowledge of estate planning strategies, tax laws, trust administration, and probate procedures.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical legal advice on complex estate planning matters.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Proficient in legal research tools and software.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
11. Strong client service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and other professionals.
