We are seeking a seasoned Estate Planning Associate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our esteemed legal team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with high net worth clients, providing expert advice and personalized solutions in estate planning, tax law, asset protection, and wealth preservation planning.
Responsibilities:
As an Estate Planning Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing comprehensive estate planning services to high net worth clients, including drafting and implementing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
2. Advising clients on wealth preservation strategies, including asset protection, tax planning, and probate avoidance.
3. Staying abreast of the latest developments in estate planning, tax law, and related legal fields to provide the most current and effective advice to clients.
4. Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and comprehensive service to clients.
5. Assisting clients with the probate process, including estate administration and litigation.
6. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Estate Planning Associate Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on high net worth clients.
3. Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.
4. Deep understanding of tax law, asset protection, and wealth preservation strategies.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative and effective solutions to complex legal issues.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating a commitment to shared success.
8. A high level of professional ethics and a commitment to client confidentiality.
9. Active membership in the state bar.
