Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
As an Estate Administration Paralegal, you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting client intake meetings to gather necessary information and establish the scope of the estate.
2. Performing asset valuation to determine the value of the estate's assets.
3. Coordinating asset liquidation, as required, and ensuring all legal and financial obligations are met.
4. Conducting a comprehensive financial review of the estate to ensure accuracy and completeness.
5. Preparing and reviewing necessary legal documents, including wills, trusts, estate plans, and probate paperwork.
6. Communicating effectively with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals.
7. Managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure all estate administration duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
8. Staying abreast of changes in estate law and adapting practices accordingly.

Job Details
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on estate administration.
2. A Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent.
3. Proven experience in client intake, asset valuation, asset liquidation, financial review, and document preparation.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
7. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
