Our client, a major U.S. homebuilder established in 1978, is seeking an Escrow Officer for their Financial Services Title-Escrow Branch. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless execution of real estate closings, guided by the Branch Manager’s directives. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all tasks related to escrow transactions, including residential resales, refinances, and builder escrows.
• Prepare escrow instructions and amendments as needed.
• Handle escrow funds, disbursements, and account balancing.
• Conduct general office functions and train junior staff.
• Cultivate business relationships with realtors, lenders, and clients.
• Conduct closings with customers and assist senior staff as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4-6 years).
• Knowledge of basic accounting, real estate terminology, and office procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
