Your specific duties will include:
- Reviewing HUDs for approval and communicating with the closing coordinators.
- Assisting closing coordinators with title clearance, including commitment and document review.
- Assisting with policy requests and reviews.
- Providing support to the Disbursements Department when needed.
- Handling customer service calls.
- Collaborating closely with Closing Teams to address any issues that arise.
- Assisting with all post-closing issues.
- Knowledge of Client Online banking systems.
- Hold an Escrow Officer license obtained by attending or participating in webinar training sessions for required continuing education credits.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
